These terms apply to the Model Town Board website and app at trafficmodeltown.co.ke (“the board”), built by developer Suheil Aroi. By using the board you agree to them.

What the board is

The board is a practice tool for learning the model town board used in driving lessons. It is an independent project. It is not linked to, approved by or speaking for any government agency, and it does not replace lessons with a qualified driving instructor or the official driving test.

Using the board

• Use the board for learning and teaching only.
• Instructor accounts are personal. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
• When you join a class, use a real first name your instructor will recognise. Do not type anything offensive.

Accuracy

We work hard to make the board follow the rules of the model town board as it is taught. Mistakes are still possible. If the board and your instructor disagree, follow your instructor, and please tell us so we can fix it.

Availability

The board is offered as it is, for free. We may change, pause or stop any part of it, and it may sometimes be unavailable.

Ownership

The board, its design, code, pictures and videos belong to Suheil Aroi. You may not copy, sell or publish them as your own without written permission. Sharing the link to the board is welcome.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from using the board, including the result of a driving test.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
